Sun Peak is served by Air Canada and WestJet via Kamloops Airport (YKA), a short 45 minute drive from the resort. Alternatively, Kelowna International Airport (YLW) is a 2.5 hour drive.

Sun Peaks is accessed from the Heffley-Louis Creek Road, off of BC Highway 5, 45 minutes north-east of Kamloops. Highway 5 meets the Trans Canada Highway (HWY 1) in Kamloops, which connects to Salmon Arm, Revelstoke, Banff, and Calgary to the east, and Merritt and the BC Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, to the west.
Additional driving routes are available via Kelowna to the south, and Jasper, Prince George, and Edmonton to the north.
