Choose between our many curated menus or one entirely customized. Our world-class culinary team is lead by Executive Chef Kartik Kumar, who’s philosophy is to lean into the talent of his international, young chefs to bring authentic flavours from across the world. Menus can be customized to accommodate dietary needs.
Our Chef will prepare an additional 5% over the guaranteed attendee number to cover those unexpected guests. You will be expected to provide an attendance estimate with your initial booking to determine the ideal function space(s) to accommodate your group. Menus must then be pre-selected at least one month before the wedding day. Two weeks prior to the event date, we will require a more accurate estimate of guaranteed attendees. Finally, a guaranteed number is due 72 business hours before your event.
Most guests choose their wine selection from Sun Peaks Grand’s wine lists. Our liquor licence does not permit outside liquor to be brought inside.
Yes, ice water will be pre-poured at the tables, and service will continue as needed throughout the dinner.
Yes, you may bring your own wedding cake, displayed near the head table during the reception and dinner.
Should any damage to the facility occur, the client will be held responsible for all costs for the replacement of, cleaning of and/or refurbishment of items damaged.
