The second leg of the journey lands you in Thailand where you will experience the vibrant flavours that are inspired from the beaches of the south to the mountainous landscapes of the north.
Each course will be introduced by Chef Kartik, who will share personal stories, culinary insights, and the cultural inspirations behind every plate.

Appetizer: Larb gai, a spicy minced chicken salad flavoured with mint, cilantro, and basil, mixed with chilies, lime juice, fish sauce, and toasted rice, served with sticky rice.
Main course: Gaeng ped ped yang, a rich and spicy red curry made with roasted duck, red curry paste, coconut milk, and Thai basil, served with steamed jasmine rice.
Dessert: Mango sticky rice, a classic Thai dessert featuring sweet and ripe mango slices served with creamy coconut sticky rice, flavoured with a hint of salt and sesame seeds.
