Event Services & Facilities

Our conference centre is a premier, multi-purpose event venue offering over 12,000 square feet of unique, adaptable space. Designed to host everything from intimate presentations to large-scale conferences, we feature state-of-the-art technology and a team of professionals to ensure an effortless event experience.

Function Space

Our conference centre features 10 beautifully designed rooms, accommodating groups from six to 600 people. It includes three executive boardrooms, three meeting rooms and the expansive Grand Ballroom, which can be divided into four smaller spaces. For outdoor gatherings, the Sun Peaks Grand Terrace offers breathtaking mountain views—ideal for weddings, cocktail parties, receptions and barbecues.

Culinary Creations

Choose between our many curated menus or one entirely customized. Our world-class culinary team is lead by Executive Chef Kartik Kumar, who’s philosophy is to lean into the talent of his international, young chefs to bring authentic flavours from across the world. Menus can be customized to accommodate dietary needs.
