Unwind and let go of the day’s stress with our gentle, guided evening stretch session. Join us for a soothing practice combines calming breathwork with gentle twists and stretches, perfect for releasing tension and easing into a peaceful state of mind. As the sun sets, allow yourself to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. This is your time to relax, reset, and prepare for a restful night.
